How do Screw Pile Retaining Walls Work?

How Do You Install A Retaining Wall?
First, we install vertical piles straight in to the ground. If necessary for support, we will also install batter piles at an angle to the vertical pile in to the ground above the retaining wall. Then, we install wood on both sides of the vertical pile, and fill the gap with soil. Once all that’s complete, you’re free to landscape the top of the retaining wall with trees or shrubs as you see fit.

What Are Screwpiles?
A screw pile (also called a helical pile or pier) is a foundation system. If we had to describe helical piles with one word, that word would be “VERSATILE”! Learn more here.
